Job Description
We are seeking a talented Operations Generalist to join our team. As an Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for managing onboarding processes for new customers, monitoring customer health metrics, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Onboarding Processes: Ensure a smooth transition for new customers, act as the primary point of contact, and optimize product adoption.
- Monitor Customer Health Metrics: Proactively address issues to improve customer satisfaction and retention, using metrics such as churn, NPS, and engagement rates.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams: Relay customer feedback to improve the user experience.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage product demos for prospective clients, ensure seamless communication between sales representatives and prospects, and follow up post-demo to clarify next steps.
- Prospecting Efforts: Research potential leads, identify decision-makers, and develop outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate new leads.
- Qualify Inbound Leads: Assess readiness to purchase before passing them to the sales team.
- Maintain Lead Flow: Assist in forecasting and reporting sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required, with familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) being a plus.
