Customer Experience Manager @ SPLICE

We are seeking an Operations Generalist to join our team at TALENT by venstrap.
About the Role:
The Operations Generalist will be responsible for managing onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal product adoption while acting as the primary point of contact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer health metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, engagement rates) and proactively address issues to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve the user experience.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of product demos for prospective clients, ensuring seamless communication between sales representatives and prospects, and following up post-demo to clarify next steps.
- Assist in prospecting efforts by researching potential leads, identifying decision-makers, and developing outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound leads by assessing their readiness to purchase, before passing them to the sales team.
- Maintain a consistent flow of leads, assist in forecasting and reporting sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, with previous experience in a B2B or SaaS environment being a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- A self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
