Operations Generalist @ SPLICE
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Generalist to join our team at SPLICE. As an Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for managing onboarding processes for new customers, monitoring customer health metrics, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve the user experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
- Managing onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal product adoption.
- Monitoring customer health metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, engagement rates) and proactively addressing issues to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve the user experience.
- Managing the scheduling and coordination of product demos for prospective clients, ensuring seamless communication between sales representatives and prospects.
- Assisting in prospecting efforts by researching potential leads, identifying decision-makers, and developing outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new leads.
- Qualifying inbound leads by assessing their readiness to purchase, before passing them to the sales team.
You'd be Great if you Have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, with previous experience in a B2B or SaaS environment being a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- A self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
