We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong procurement and supply chain management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Procure and deliver high-quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building facility
- Prepare job orders and ensure timely delivery of procured items
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to secure high-quality products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
