Job Summary

Zylus Group International is seeking a highly skilled Dispatch Rider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering packages to our customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package Delivery: Safely transport packages to customers or businesses in Surulere and surrounding areas.
  • Route Optimization: Plan efficient delivery routes to reduce time and increase productivity.
  • Package Handling: Handle all packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all deliveries, including proof of delivery when necessary.
  • Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service with polite and professional interactions during deliveries.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
  • Licensing: A valid rider's license and required local riding documents.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Lagos Road networks.
  • Skills: Ability to use GPS or maps for navigation, excellent time management and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work both independently and in a team environment, good physical fitness and endurance, and a clean driving record.
