Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the organization's cash position on a daily basis
  • Manage bank accounts, including reconciliations, transfers, and reporting
  • Process and review all incoming invoices and ensure timely payment in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain an organized filing system for invoices and supporting documentation
  • Verify invoice accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with vendors or internal departments
  • Ensure payments are made on time to avoid late fees or supply disruptions
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
