Job Title: Retail Operations Director

A strategic and visionary leader is required to oversee the overall operations of our retail store. This key role involves directing daily activities, ensuring seamless business execution, and coordinating teams to achieve set objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective central services for business growth
  • Maintaining day-to-day smooth operation of the office business
  • Cultivating and leading teams to cover various areas of responsibility
  • Utilizing performance management techniques to monitor achievement of service levels and drive improvement
  • Responding promptly to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and addressing consequences
  • Sustaining general upkeep and maintenance
  • Establishing and executing standard administrative protocols
Key Requirements:
  • HND/B.Sc. in any Degree from a reputable institution
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 4 years' experience required
  • Computer proficiency
  • Exceptional customer service skills
