Job Description

As a customer care representative with the Havana Group of Companies, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in Enugu. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a fair and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, and participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to multitask with ease, prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. A Bachelor's Degree, HND, Master's Degree, NCE, or OND is required, as well as 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work flexible hours are also essential.
