Main Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from various sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees, management, and external partners, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans, conducting regular coaching sessions and providing feedback to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
• HR Reporting and Analytics: Generate insightful reports on HR metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements to drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, maintaining records, coordinating events, and handling day-to-day tasks.
• HR Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and developing training programs to promote compliance.
