Sales Representative

We are recruiting a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Fort Knox Outsourcing. This role involves conducting outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our services, and building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
About the Role- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, delivering concise and compelling sales pitches that meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and qualify leads, using persuasive communication to generate interest and drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and negotiate effectively to close sales.
As a Sales Representative at Fort Knox Outsourcing, you will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your time effectively, and collaborate with a dedicated marketing team to align telemarketing strategies with current campaigns and promotions. You will also be required to continuously stay updated on industry trends and adapt your approach accordingly.
Requirements- A personal computer and a router.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
