Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to join our team at Careersnufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production and logistics departments, ensuring optimum productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Support the CEO in developing and directing strategy towards profitable growth and operation of the company
     Develop strategic operative plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by management
     Design and recommend new processes to improve/increase production quality, productivity, and profitability
     Review and ensure quality control in service and product delivery across all departments

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  •  A BSc in Business Administration or Project Management
     Proven experience as Head of Operations or a similar leadership role
     Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
     Ability to work autonomously with drive and enthusiasm
     In-depth knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
