
Senior Sales Lead

As a Senior Sales Lead at BLAKSKILL LIMITED, you will oversee all aspects of sales and distribution operations in your designated area. Your primary responsibility is to ensure effective coordination and collaboration with the sales team and distributors to meet set objectives for our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a direct team of sales personnel across multiple locations within your coverage area.
- Closely work with the distributor staff to manage sales and marketing activities, ensuring the attainment of set objectives.
- Maintain 100% availability of company products across all channels and locations within your region.
- Establish strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and HORECA owners to support volume growth and distribution objectives.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of total sales experience, with minimum 2 years of managerial experience in sales & distribution/channel management/implementation of consumer and trade marketing plans.
- Proven expertise in trade marketing, distributor management, and customer service.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
