Marbleclear Limited is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of HR/Administrative Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support in the recruitment process, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation in line with company policies.
* Develop and maintain policies on leave management, travel, and headcount.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
* Interface and maintain relationships with industry regulators and government agencies.
* Produce and distribute an employee handbook outlining labour contracts, rights, and privileges in line with company policies.

Requirements:
* HND/B.Sc. in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
* Certifications such as CIPM, or other relevant HR certifications are an added advantage.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR and administrative functions.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and ability to foster a collaborative working environment.
