Job Summary

A leading pharmaceutical wholesale distributor is seeking a highly skilled retail Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage customers, providing personalized assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
  • Process transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and inventory management.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and resolution.
  • Accurately record sales, customer interactions, and complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • OND or HND degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and customer relations, preferably in retail or pharmacy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Yaba is preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is ₦250,000 - ₦300,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
