Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion in the renewable energy market. Key responsibilities include:

Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales, or Business Management.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably in sales engineering or a related field.
  • Experience working with customer resources in the distributed photovoltaic market.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of PV systems and related products.
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly reliable and trustworthy individual.
