Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. They will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, and negotiating offers and counteroffers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and meet clients' needs by providing expert advice on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and review contracts, offers, and other documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Maintain and update property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Budget and manage time effectively to ensure seamless transactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Licensed real estate agent (requirements vary by location).
