Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our brewery's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.* Provide accurate information about our products, services, promotions, and events.* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.* Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to address delivery concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.* Process customer orders and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely deliveries.* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to enhance customer experience and drive sales.* Follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution and satisfaction.* Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.* Assist in customer service training for new staff as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:* A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beverage, food, or manufacturing industry.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications.* Familiarity with brewery operations and products is a plus.* A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing outstanding service.
