Role Summary

We are seeking a Van Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Dexnova Consulting Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting sales visits and delivering products to customers across various territories and routes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct sales visits and deliver products to customers across various territories and routes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and preferences to drive sales.
  • Take orders from customers, process sales transactions, and issue receipts or invoices for purchases.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms with customers to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the sales territory.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating prices, discounts, and order totals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must have good driving skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales or Van sales role.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing tactics.
