Job Overview

Dexnova Consulting Limited is a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Van Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company-owned vans to assigned territories, routes, or customer locations to conduct sales visits and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive company-owned vans to assigned territories, routes, or customer locations to conduct sales visits and deliverables.
  • Load and unload products from the van, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and preferences to drive sales.
  • Take orders from customers, process sales transactions, and issue receipts or invoices for purchases.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms with customers to maximize sales revenue and profitability.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating prices, discounts, and order totals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must have good driving skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales or Van sales role.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing tactics.
