Ascentech Services Ltd - Human Resources Generalist Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and overseeing onboarding processes for new hires.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to fill various roles within the organization.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate job postings, interviews, and selection processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Onboarding Process Oversight: Lead the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Design and implement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Positive Work Environment: Foster a productive work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Performance Management
  • Performance Evaluation Processes: Develop and manage performance evaluation systems, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
  • Performance Improvement Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to identify performance improvement needs and create action plans.
  • Career Development Support: Coordinate promotions, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Training & Development
  • Training Needs Identification: Identify training requirements across the organization and design programs to address skill gaps.
  • Learning Opportunities: Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities for employees.
  • Training Records Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date training records are maintained.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and manage HR systems effectively.
