Human Resources Generalist Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and overseeing onboarding processes for new hires.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Recruitment: Create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to fill various roles within the organization.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate job postings, interviews, and selection processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Employee Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Employee Retention Strategies: Design and implement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Workplace Culture: Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Performance Management
  • Performance Evaluation Systems: Develop and manage performance evaluation systems, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
  • Performance Improvement Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to identify performance improvement needs and create action plans.
  • Employee Career Development: Coordinate promotions, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Training & Development
  • Training Needs Assessment: Identify training requirements across the organization and design programs to address skill gaps.
  • Training Programs: Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities for employees.
  • Training Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and manage HR systems effectively.
