Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring sound financial planning, effective risk management, and compliance with international financial regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with our business objectives and global hospitality industry standards.
  • 2. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • 3. Cost Control & Revenue Management: Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profit margins across different departments, implementing cost-control measures and operational efficiencies without compromising service quality.
  • 4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operational needs while maximizing investment opportunities.
  • 5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Education & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CFA;
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the multinational hospitality sector.
