Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy that supports the company's mission and business goals.
  • Plan, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms to drive audience engagement.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content for posts, stories, and ads.
  • Write captivating copy that aligns with the brand voice, fostering a strong connection with the audience.
  • Oversee and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic flow of content.

Community Engagement and Interaction:

  • Monitor social media channels to respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, providing excellent customer service.
  • Cultivate a thriving online community by encouraging meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Marketing analytics tool proficiency (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
