IT Infrastructure Leader

About this Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill the role of Lead - Linux System Administration at PST. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

• Team Leadership
  • Lead the team in managing the organization's IT infrastructure, focusing on stability, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with the IT Admin Lead to develop and implement strategies for team growth and development.
• Infrastructure Management
  • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure, optimizing performance, security, and reliability across on-premises and cloud-hosted systems.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and conduct regular updates and issue resolutions.
• Automation & Efficiency
  • Innovate with automation, developing scripts to streamline routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert hands-on support during peak periods, especially in LLM-related processes.
• Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Foster collaborative relationships with departments, identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable LLM deployments, leveraging containerization tools and cloud resources.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Linux Administrator
• At least 1 year Leadership / People Management experience
