About the Role:
As a Procurement Officer at IBIC Holdings, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient procurement strategies to source high-quality products while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, maintaining inventory levels, and conducting market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective procurement policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update a database of suppliers and key procurement records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs for F&B, housekeeping, and operational supplies.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of hospitality procurement, including F&B sourcing, hotel supplies, and vendor management. A Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required, along with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
