Job Summary

Eko Maintenance Limited seeks a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely procurement and delivery of high-quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of job orders.
  • Ensuring the delivery of procured items.
  • Maintenance of relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors regarding quality electromechanical and building products.
  • Performing other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
