  • Set design protocols according to relevant codes and standards.
  • Advise civil engineers on best practices in building design and execution.
  • Analyze project goals and perform structural calculations to ensure accurate construction.
  • Review shop drawings and provide feedback to colleagues to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create accurate plans and drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address construction challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field to ensure technical expertise.
  • Strong technical background in structural design to ensure accurate construction.
  • Deep knowledge of construction materials and methodologies to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Highly collaborative spirit and experience working in a team to ensure efficient project execution.
  • At least 5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of structural/site engineer or Builder to ensure technical expertise.
  • Previous experience in high-rise projects in construction companies, or related field, to ensure technical expertise.
  • Experience in high-rise projects and piping in a reputable construction company is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a general builder or similar role to ensure technical expertise.
  • Broad knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans to ensure accurate construction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site, working with various trades to ensure efficient project execution.
