Handle request and queries appropriately.
Screening and directing phone calls.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

2. Meeting and Event Coordination
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up materials.
Act as point of contact between CEO and clients.
Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

3. Travel Management
Arrange complex travel plans and itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Ensure the CEO have all necessary documents and information for business trips.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

4. Project Management
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
Track project progress and report on key milestones.
