Job Role

This is a critical position within our organization that requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including the upkeep of office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  2. Administrative Tasks: Assist the Admin Officer with various tasks, such as fleet management, meeting scheduling, and event organization.
  3. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely ordering and coordination with vendors.
Administrative Support
  • Support general office administrative tasks, including expense tracking, organizing office files, and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and data entry as needed to support administrative activities.
Visitor and Vendor Coordination
  • Greet visitors, vendors, and clients professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel and departments promptly.
Running Errands
  • Run necessary office errands, including collecting and delivering documents, handling bank deposits, and other tasks as required to support efficient office operations.
Health, Safety, and Cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with office health and safety policies and perform periodic checks to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.
