Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary package that includes a base salary of ₦70,000 plus commission on recovery. This compensation structure provides opportunities for growth and rewards hard work and dedication.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Following up on payment commitments and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Advising customers on payment options and negotiating customized plans.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
  • Min qualification of HND/B.Sc. (Must be done with NYSC).
  • 0–1 year of customer support experience (is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Proactive, teachable, and detail-oriented.
