Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, this role requires excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking guests in and out of their rooms in a timely and efficient manner
  • Distributing room keys and providing information about hotel services and amenities
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and well-maintained

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems
