Chief Human Resources Officer

About the Role: The Chief Human Resources Officer will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. This role requires a professional with strong knowledge of employment laws, proven experience in recruitment and employee relations, and a strategic approach to training and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive work environment and adhere to labor laws.
• Oversee training and development programs, fostering growth and skills enhancement among employees.
• Lead performance management processes, including regular appraisals, feedback sessions, and addressing performance issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, resolving grievances and providing guidance on policies.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations to protect the company and its employees.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Work closely with management to support strategic HR planning and staffing needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
• HR certification and additional certifications in Hospitality, Human Relations, or Management are a plus.
