Senior Loan Recovery Specialist

VICTORY EMPOWERMENT CENTRE is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our loan recovery operations.
About the Role
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for recovering loans, verifying customer identities through proper KYC checks, and delivering exceptional customer service. This individual must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to meet and exceed targets set by the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, demonstrating a high level of motivation and drive.
3. Experience in customer service and relationship management, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.

Compensation Package
