About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Staff member to join our team at Hasob Integrated Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for editing, curating, and uploading high-quality language content while ensuring it meets editorial standards and is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Utilizing the Content Symphony platform to monitor the status of content.
  2. Maintaining and following a quality assurance (QA) checklist to ensure that all content meets editorial and linguistic standards.
  3. Tracking edits and revisions in content documents using tools like Google Docs or WordPress.
  4. Recording the time spent on tasks such as editing, verification, and finalization to ensure timely delivery of content.
  5. Logging and coordinating tasks with team members to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient content delivery.
  6. Tracking the volume of content edited, curated, and uploaded against the set schedule.
  7. Collecting and applying feedback from the Content Manager to continuously refine and improve the editing process.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A basic understanding of content creation and editing workflows.
  • Familiarity with content management tools, including Google Docs and WordPress.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Native or proficient ability to speak and write in Igbo, Yoruba.
