
Administrative Services Supervisor

The Admin Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Maintaining office fixtures, including furniture, equipment, and utilities.
- Ensuring fire safety measures are in place, including regular drills and checks on extinguishers and alarm systems.
- Coordinating with Office Assistants (Cleaners) to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Managing stationery supplies and ensuring efficient use.
- Reporting electrical faults and ensuring prompt rectification.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by management, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
