Inventory Management Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at IBIC Holdings. This individual will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inventory management, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective inventory control processes, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, beverages, and other supplies.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor stock usage and implement cost control measures to prevent waste.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Prepare regular inventory reports for management and make recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry, is also essential.

You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software is also required.
