Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
