Job Overview

The Chief Digital Growth Strategist will lead the development and execution of our company's digital marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand equity, and optimize customer engagement. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills, with a strong emphasis on understanding consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and enhance brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, target audiences, and industry trends.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives to ensure they are measurable, actionable, and aligned with the company's objectives.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and events.
  • Oversee the creation of campaign content, ensuring it is engaging, accurate, and on-brand.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and make adjustments to tactics as needed to achieve desired results.

  • Brand Management: Strengthen our company's brand image through consistent messaging, visual identity, and voice across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all communications and partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach.

  • Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, relevant content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and other channels.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics to understand the customer journey, identify drop-off points, and improve conversion rates.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to segment customer data, design targeted campaigns, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop loyalty programs, retention strategies, and customer journey mapping to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer feedback and use insights to improve marketing strategies and the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
-Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media).
