Job Title: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team at Ascentech Services. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to final hire decision-making.



Key Accountabilities:
  1. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize a variety of strategies, including job postings, social media advertising, and professional networking, to attract and engage top talent.
  2. Resume Screening and Candidate Assessment: Carefully review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate fit against our company's requirements.
  3. Interview Coordination and Selection Process Support: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, provide valuable input during the selection process, and ensure alignment with our organization's goals and values.
  4. Database Management and Recruitment Metrics: Maintain accurate records of applicants, track recruitment metrics, and analyze data to inform future hiring strategies.
  5. Relationship Building and Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance our reputation and improve recruitment outcomes.
  6. Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our recruitment processes and stay ahead of competitors.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
