Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Oversight: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
  2. Task Management: Assign, track, and follow up on staff tasks to ensure timely completion.
  3. Daily Progress Monitoring: Monitor staff progress throughout the day, addressing any challenges or concerns that may arise.
  4. End-of-Day Task Verification: Confirm that all staff members have completed their assigned tasks before Close of Business (COB).
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.
  6. Communication: Foster open communication among team members, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with organizational goals.
  7. Reporting: Provide regular updates on operational performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely task completion.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in task management tools and software.
  • Able to close deals.
