Job Summary
  • As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
  • Delivering a compelling sales pitch to introduce and promote company products/services.
  • Building rapport with potential clients and handling objections effectively.
  • Scheduling appointments or follow-ups with interested leads.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to refine call scripts and improve conversion rates.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center, telemarketing, or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
