Job Summary
CareOne Clinics seeks a skilled Laboratory Assistant to support the smooth operation of our medical laboratory services. As a vital member of our team, you will maintain accurate patient records, monitor laboratory results, and perform routine tests with precision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and complete health care records, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Monitor patient laboratory results, identifying critical values and escalating as necessary.
  • Store and set up laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Collect patient samples, including blood, tissue, and other specimens with care.
  • Prepare samples for testing by labelling and processing them accurately.
  • Perform routine tests and analyze samples using specialized laboratory equipment.
  • Record test data and results in patients' medical records, providing clear insights.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, such as microscopes and cell counters, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Discuss test results and findings with physicians or supervisors, fostering effective communication.
  • Ensure quality control of samples and adhere to laboratory standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of laboratory facilities and workspaces, promoting a safe environment.
  • Assist with the development and validation of laboratory methods, procedures, and protocols, driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights and privacy.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Adhere strictly to CAREONE's ethical standards, medical protocols, SOPs, and regulations, upholding the highest standards of excellence.
