Job Overview
Pruvia Integrated ltd is seeking a highly skilled and driven Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing them through effective follow-ups, and converting these leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Real Estate industry, who can drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:
* Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.* Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients.* Provide detailed real estate advice and present customized solutions that meet the client's requirements.* Engage with leads through personalized communication, understanding their needs and preferences.

Sales Conversion and Revenue Growth:
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.* Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and negotiate offers and contracts to ensure a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties.

Client Engagement:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.* Keep clients informed of property sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.* Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably within the Real Estate Industry.* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.* Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.* Self-motivated, and highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies. MUST be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Benefits:
