As an electrical service engineer at AMDEETEL NIGERIA LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on electrical equipment, including generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
  • Analyze and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical systems for new projects or upgrades.
  • Verify system performance against design specifications.
  • Participate in electrical service projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Coordinate with direct manager and other departments, vendors, and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure all electrical systems comply with local, national, and international standards.
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety protocols, adhering to HSE standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, inspections, and system performance.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide professional assistance to expatriate electricians during service-related jobs.
  • Ensure availability of parts and supplies by assessing jobs and determining spare parts/assemblies needed.
  • Ensure all tools provided are complete and kept clean at all times.
