Weigh Bridge Operator Job Description
Ascentech Service Limited is seeking a skilled Weigh Bridge Operator to join our team in Ilero, Ogun State. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the weigh bridge with expertise and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

About the Role
The Weigh Bridge Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that all vehicles on the weighbridge are properly positioned before initiating the weighing process. This includes monitoring pending trucks and raising alarms when necessary. Additionally, the operator will ensure that security personnel attached to the weigh bridge is attentive during operations.

Responsibilities
* Ensure all vehicles on the weighbridge are properly positioned on the weighing platform
* Monitor all pending trucks yet to weigh out and raise alarm when necessary
* Work closely with Logistics/Warehouse Officer to report any discrepancies or issues
* Generate daily reports summarizing activities at the weigh bridge

Requirements
* OND or HND in Science or Social Science
* 3 years working experience as a weigh bridge operator
* Ability to work under minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
