Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontline Customer Care Expert to join our customer service team at Kitchessence. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships, resolving issues and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and company policies to provide informed responses.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field; degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred.
