We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our dynamic team at Jtech Global Resources limited, a leading company in the crypto trading industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, particularly within the financial services or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, minimize risks, and support the growth of the company.
• Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and drive performance improvement.
• Oversee the operational budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and operational costs are controlled.
• Collaborate with other departments, including IT, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operational workflows and enhance customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services, technology, or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading operations and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive efficiency and growth.
