Strategic Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to spearhead our operations at Jtech Global Resources Limited, a pioneering crypto trading firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, minimize risks, and support business growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and drive performance improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee operational budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and controlled operational costs.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including IT, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operational workflows and enhance customer experience.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services, technology, or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading operations and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive efficiency and growth.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
