Strategic Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Jtech Global Resources Limited, a leading cryptocurrency trading company.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in operations management, particularly within the financial services or technology sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving strategic goals. This includes developing and implementing operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, minimize risks, and support growth.

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, minimize risks, and support growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operations and drive performance improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee the operational budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and operational costs are controlled.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including IT, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operational workflows and enhance customer experience.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services, technology, or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of crypto trading operations and market dynamics. Proven ability to develop and execute operational strategies that drive efficiency and growth. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Salary: Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
