Kisha Immigration is a dynamic and fast-growing organization specializing in immigration consulting services. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients, including educational boot camps, webinars, live sessions, and new immigration-related products. As part of our team, you will contribute to the execution of key projects that support business growth and client engagement.


We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Project Manager to join Kisha Immigration on a temporary contract. In this role, you will oversee not only the development and launch of core products but also take charge of organizing educational boot camps, webinars, and live sessions, and coordinating with the marketing team for upcoming product launches. The contract will initially be for 1-2 months, with the possibility of extension based on project outcomes and business needs.


The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in project management, product management, or related roles. They should have proven experience in managing projects or products through the full lifecycle, with added experience in event management (webinars, boot camps). Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams, are also required. Experience in coordinating with marketing teams for product launches and promotional strategies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products and educational programs aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee immigration-related boot camps, webinars, and live sessions aimed at educating clients and potential customers about immigration processes and services.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director, sales, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality products and events.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, and gather feedback to optimize both products and educational initiatives.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of products and educational initiatives (concept, development, launch, optimization).
  • Translate business and marketing needs into actionable tasks for both product development and event coordination.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute the promotion of newly developed products and initiatives. Ensure messaging aligns with product launches and client outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
